This document has been prepared
by Holy Sepulchre Cemetery so that you will be aware of our rules for
placing floral decorations in our mausoleum buildings. They are designed
for the protection of all our crypt and niche holders and basically provide
for a uniformity that will help enhance the beauty of our mausoleum buildings
and not infringe on the rights of other crypt and niche holders.
The Cemetery has tried to establish
the fairest set of rules for all situations and earnestly tries to enforce
them uniformly. They are not in any way intended to restrain you unduly
but rather to define an orderly plan of care, and maintenance.
Your cooperation in complying with
these rules will help to preserve the beauty and dignity of Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery
MAUSOLEUM DECORATIONS
All decorations must be securely confined to the cemetery vase in such a
way that they will not fall out during routine mausoleum cleaning and
maintenance. Decorations must be of such size as to
not infringe on the space provided for flower arrangements for other
crypt and niche holders.
One artificial or dried flower arrangement
is allowed and must be placed in the vase supplied by the cemetery. Due
to limited space, one vase is allowed per crypt, regardless of the number
of entombments.
The arrangement should not exceed 16" in
height and be of reasonable width or diameter so as not to encroach on
the space provided for other flower arrangements.
No objects of any kind, floral or decorative,
may be placed on the crypt front with the exception of ceramic photos and
emblems obtained through Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Other such objects shall
be removed and disposed of.
For exterior crypts, wreaths may be placed
on standards or easels in the designated area from November 15th to March
15th.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CERAMIC PORTRAITS ON
CRYPTS AND NICHES
